Debbie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Fresno Pacific University. She received her Real Estate License in May 2003. Her first position as a loan officer was working for John Shore. Debbie was in the Coldwell Banker office in Fresno for four years and made many lasting relationships with real estate agents. She started with C2 Financial in May of 2009.
She enjoys helping people purchase homes and understands how important it is to keep the fees low. She does her own processing and does not charge a processing fee. The loans get done quicker and she always knows what is going on with each of her loans. She does not charge an origination fee, the lender pays her, which saves the buyer thousands of dollars.
